Wow is all I can say! I have suffered from fibromyalgia for many years and was amazed at the healing that took place after only completing the first module of Jenny’s HEAL-U Course. After being guided down the steps and through the door during the meditation I felt a warm sensation circling my heart chakra. Sometime after experiencing this a sudden surge radiated out leaving me in a very contented state of mind. I felt a letting go and was “told” not to worry about other people’s issues. The pain in my chest and fibromyalgia was because I took on other people’s stuff. I no longer get uptight with things, feel a lot more relaxed and the fibromyalgia has improved tremendously.
