Wow is all I can say! I have suffered from fibromyalgia for many years and was amazed at the healing that took place after only completing the first module of Jenny’s HEAL-U Course. After being guided down the steps and through the door during the meditation I felt a warm sensation circling my heart chakra. Sometime after experiencing this a sudden surge radiated out leaving me in a very contented state of mind. I felt a letting go and was “told” not to worry about other people’s issues. The pain in my chest and fibromyalgia was because I took on other people’s stuff. I no longer get uptight with things, feel a lot more relaxed and the fibromyalgia has improved tremendously. I now know what to do. I can honestly say from that day on I am prepared to listen to people but I don’t take it on board. It is almost like I have a little secret with myself. I feel that with having a secret I can talk to myself and learn how to handle the situation before I make a reply. It seems it doesn’t go to a tightening in my chest or a quick intake of breath because I give myself time to think what is being said. I am so grateful to Jenny as this has been life-changing.
